Albstadt, November 29, 2016 – The diameter of a human hair measures about 100 µm. That is very tiny but no big deal for our new milling-turning centre which has started to operate recently at our headquater in Albstadt/Germany. The accuracy of the fully-automatic precision tool is up to 2 µm. That is small enough to drill even the tiniest holes into the work piece. This accuracy comes with power. 48.000 rpm ensure enough torque to get the material into the right shape.
